1 / Youth Protection and Safety Policy
This policy aims to protect children, adolescents, and young adults participating in all of our programs from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The Youth Road Foundation is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all youth.
- Youth First Principle: All decisions put the rights and well-being of young people first.
- Participation and Empowerment: Young people have the right to safely express their opinions and participate in all programs.
- Privacy Protection: Youth's personal information is managed safely, and personally identifiable information is protected.
- Safe Recruitment and Supervision: All personnel must undergo a background check for child abuse and sexual crimes and complete child and youth protection training.
2 / Fundraising Policy
All fundraising activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Public Interest Corporation Accounting Standards and the Act on the Collection and Use of Donations and Promotion of Donation Culture. We protect donors' personal information and manage and report donations systematically and transparently.
3 / Information Disclosure Policy
In accordance with the Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax Act, we transparently report to sponsors and the general public information on corporate information and financial information on donation income and expenditures through the National Tax Service public disclosure system and the official Youth Road website.
