We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programs or any other technical devices. Please be advised that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Legal Basis: Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

• No one shall collect email addresses from an internet homepage by using a program or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the internet homepage.

• No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

• No one shall knowingly use email addresses for information transmission that are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
